Anvil featured in The Company Dime
David Jonas of The Company Dime recently interviewed Anvil's Matthew Judge ahead of the imminent launch of the new ISO 31030 travel risk management standard.
The publication of the standard is welcomed by Matthew Judge and fellow travel risk management experts who see it as a tool to help organisations get a better handle on writing relevant policies, preparing travellers, and analysing and mitigating risks.
"It couldn't come at a better time," stated Judge. "The industry overall has been crying out for some form of best practice guidance from which they can baseline and benchmark what they are doing. The impending document incorporates areas of consideration which sometimes are forgotten in travel risk programs including ground transportation and accommodation."
In the interview, Matthew Judge also discusses the importance of all services providers playing their part with TMCs, for example, needing to help clients "contextualise" the guidance and understand which of their solutions can assist.
Anvil is partnering with the Global Business Travel Association (GBTA) and Global Secure Accreditation to offer training courses on the soon to be published ISO 31030 travel risk management standard.
