ITIJ Awards 2020 | International Assistance Company of the Year Finalist
Anvil Group has been named as a finalist in the ITIJ Awards 2020, in the International Assistance Company of the Year category. The International Travel & Health Insurance Journal (ITIJ) Awards, now in their 18th year, recognise innovation, achievement and quality of service across every sector in this global marketplace.
“We’re absolutely thrilled to be announced as a finalist in these prestigious awards,” stated Matthew Judge, Group Managing Director, Anvil Group. “This year has certainly presented us all with a unique set of challenges, but I could not be prouder of the Anvil team. From our first line responders through to our back-office support teams, our staff have pulled together as one and shown outstanding spirit and tenacity. Despite the uncertainty and the extraordinary circumstances we have all had to contend with this year, we have continued to work together closely, supporting our global client base and helping them to navigate these unprecedented times.
He continues, “Throughout the pandemic, we’ve provided our clients with up-to-date information, repatriation services and ongoing support for expats in-country. We’ve also introduced a wide range of new services including client, industry and country specific medical and movement information and support; daily reports and medical fact sheets; additional occupational health services; a check-in app; holistic risk assessments for individual health, security, travel and public health; pre-trip physical and mental health questionnaires; and antibody testing.”
He concludes, “Our unique connected care approach has meant we’ve been able to provide a faster, joined-up response to getting people well, ensuring their safety and keeping businesses running. As the world of risk evolves, so does Anvil. We pride ourselves on leading the way in developing new technology and assistance solutions and, as a 100% owner operated organisation, we’re able to react swiftly and efficiently to whatever the future holds.”
